Executive Assistant - (Austin, TX 78752)
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for two of our company leaders to ensure efficiency and assist in accomplishing key tasks and company initiatives.
This position will undertake a variety of activities ranging from tasks related to project management, marketing, / graphic design, estimating, and general high-level support in the construction industry.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

This is a Full-Time Position – Monday through Friday.
Salary - $50,000 - $55,000/annually (DOE)

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office, and other software knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong ability to deliver a supportive approach
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

Must enjoy working in an extremely busy environment.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
