Executive Assistant Job at Town of Rockingham
The Town of Rockingham, Vermont, is accepting applications for a part-time Executive Assistant to the Municipal Manager. Job duties include assisting the manager with daily administrative tasks, including creating correspondences and agendas, transcribing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and appointments and updating the municipal website. This position requires frequent contact with municipal and State officials, the general public, and employees, requiring the ability to communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality. Previous knowledge of municipal operations and laws, preferred. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
