Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to support the KC-46 Tanker Aircraft at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB). This is a customer facing position that will be based in Fairfield California and will have responsibilities at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB), Fairfield, California.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides technical field support of company products.
• Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems coverage.
• Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
• Interprets technical documents and monitors product performance.
• Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures. Develops and conducts ad hoc training.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Travis AFB, Fairfield, California.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 3 years of refueling aircraft maintenance experience
• Ability to support on-call work during all shifts as required
• Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally on short notice as needed to meet customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License desired.
• Previous experience working with KC-46, KC-135, KC-10 or 767 products is desirable

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
