JOB DESCRIPTION:

The duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Greet patients in a prompt and courteous manner.

2. Communicate effectively with patients and help them to choose frames and lenses.

3. Maintain thorough, accurate, and professional quality of work.

4. Maintain strict confidential for both internal (employee) and external (non-employee) patients in accordance with Valley EyeCare Center policies and HIPAA, accessing only information needed to appropriately handle the request.

5. Maintain professional boundaries with all patients, visitors, and other staff at all times.

6. Interacts harmoniously and effectively with others, focusing upon the attainment of organizational goals through a commitment to teamwork.

Locations and Schedule

Must be available to work in Pleasanton and Livermore offices.
