What You’ll Need:

• Three to five years in a Property Manager role within the multifamily sector specifically student housing.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and train the team.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and keen ability to think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diffusing challenging situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• A winning attitude and approach to slay the day.
