Teal is looking for talented senior, junior, and assistant technicians to preform detailed scheduled predictive maintenance on the company owned and operated systems throughout the country.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: :
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: :
- Ability to perform routine pipe cutting and grooving of stainless and carbon steel piping
- Analysis of proprietary TEAL operating piping diagrams
- Must be proficient in evaluating and understanding piping drawings
- Must be able to understand piping and wiring diagrams
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the task
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which includes bending, lifting heavy equipment and parts, and working in confined spaces
- Maintain a good driving record
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or GED
- Two to five years’ experience in the field and working with hand tools and equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Works well with a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to understand the company’s products and systems
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to follow and maintain company processes
- Great work ethic
