Family Base Immigration Paralegal Bilingual Spanish/English – Jackson Heights, Queens Law Firm is seeking a bilingual (SPANISH SPEAKING) immigration paralegal.
EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW A MUST!
Experience processing I-130, 45s, 601a, I-90, I-751, N-400
U Certification, VAWA petitions, Consular processing, SIJS, PW, I-601 and 212
Interested Candidate MUST
- have at least 3 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization
• have at least 3 years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits• be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills and be punctual
- be able to translate documents from Spanish to English.
