LOOKING FOR AN EMPATHETIC INDIVIDUAL WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO PROVIDE CRISIS BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES WITHIN THEIR HOMES


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides time-limited crisis behavioral interventions to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and their families within the family's home.
  • Completes documentation related to services provided utilizing an online EHR system.
  • Works with families to link them to long-term behavioral supports.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in the Human Services Field; Motivated to work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

Computer Skills

Will be required to document services utilizing an online Electronic Health Records system (with training).
