Skills / Education:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Bilingual helpful, but not required.
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills with history of working well with others.
- Possess a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and/or off shifts.
- Mechanical aptitude helpful, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license required for some positions.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee may be required to adjust or move certain mechanical parts and occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions including hot, cold, rain, and wind.
- Manual dexterity is required for operation of certain machinery, equipment and computers.

Starting pay is generally set between minimum and midpoint for new hires or developing employees. Individual pay is adjusted as performance is demonstrated and sustained at increasingly competent levels over time. With approval, experienced employees with critical skills may be hired above this guideline.
