The Field Service Technician is an integral part of our Customer Service team and is primarily responsible for travelling to tower installation sites, performng maintenance/repair on installed cooling tower units, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers throughout the service cycle.
Experience with HVAC field service operations (colling towers preferred), mechanical ability, and excellent communication skills are just a few of the basic requirements. Successful candidate will also be ready to travel since this position is almost always on the road. This is an innovative, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.
