The Finance Manager is the mid-management level class which oversees all functions and operations of the Finance Department and is responsible for originating, carrying out, reviewing, interpreting and coordinating policies in the administration of a diversified accounting, investment and information services operation. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
BENEFITSAnnual Salary: $116,975 - $142,184 DOQ/DOE plus 3% Confidential Pay$200 per month auto allowance.$750 within-city charity event reimbursement.$1500 tuition reimbursement.City-funded employee training and development.City provided iPad and cell phone.CalPERS defined benefit retirement: 2% at 60 formula for current members; 2.0% at 62 for new members. (Employee is responsible for payment of the employee share of the pension cost).City employees participate in the Social Security system.Medical (Kaiser or Anthem), dental (Delta Dental) and vision (VSP) for employee and dependents.City currently pays all premiums for full family coverage.Vacation accrues at varying rates for full-time employees.
