Prepares reports, and financial budget statements. Maintains and analyzes revenue cycle, patient satisfaction, and key metrics. Analyzes financial data and identifies trends and patterns. Synthesizes financial data and makes recommendations based on analysis. Performs cash receipt, accounts payable, balance sheet account reconciliation, and tax form preparation as necessary; and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with financial analysis, general ledger account analysis, and operational analysis
- Prepare and deliver reporting functions to monitor monthly objectives
- Assist with consolidation of actual financial and non-financial information
- Assist with forecasting productivity and operating results
- Responsible for production and integrity of dashboard and scorecard results
- Collaborate across the Department to provide opportunities for efficiencies
- Prepare submission for approval of online payments, business expenses, and journal transfers upon request
- Deliver financial support to the Department including assistance with monthly close process and participation in annual budget process
- Complete ad-hoc reports and requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or related field
- Minimum of three years experience performing project research and analysis
- Two years in a health care organization
