Financial Support Associates will join the Supervision & Efficiency team within the Field Service team and collaborate with Regional Leadership Teams, Legal, Compliance, WM Risk, Field Operational Risk, Fraud Operations other business partners
Job Description:
- Conduct monthly metric data and analysis related to support all team reporting and data needs
- Execute daily operational processing responsibilities to support the field and client accounts
- Support various Field Service Committees to develop all meeting materials and maintain governance practices set out by the Firm
- Support the overall Supervision & Efficiency team as a project manager to ensure team milestones are met for all strategic initiatives
Required Skills and background:
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years professional experience in finance, financial planning, business development, management, sales, legal, accounting, education, military, or other business-related field
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a will to succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both business and technical contexts
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving/issues-resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Financial services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
