Possessing strong interpersonal skills to work with our clients and the Superintendent is a must. You will manage flatwork, form setting, rebar, finish, and everything else to help complete projects for Gerber.

Job requirements!

• Pass pre-employment drug screen (Required)
• Full time position availability (Required)
• Proficient with all types of forms – Symon, Gang, MEVA, EFCO, handset, etc. (Preferred)
• Expert with finishing tools – vibrators, hand and power trowel, hand and power screed, floats, etc. (Required)
• Expert with finishing, flatwork, stairs, and small vertical. (Required)
• 5+ years commercial finishing experience and 3+ years Foreman experience (Required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively when needed (Required)
• Certification and Licenses required. First Aid, AED, Class A CDL. (Required)
• Teamwork - Assist skilled Tradesmen, Leadmen, and other Foreman with all aspects of the job (Required)
