Description of the job, responsibilities and duties.

• Assist with inventory, ordering, record keeping and other related duties
• Monitor product ordering, availability / shortages and communicate updates / status
• Update and communicate substitutions
• Assist with galley change notifications
• Communicate specification and diagram changes to all levels of the organization
• Conduct specifications checks partnering with Quality
• Investigate and communicate flight crew feedback
• Monitor kitchen ready times and dock departure times for on time delivery
• Participate on customer sponsored conference calls
• Conduct on-field checks to ensure compliance
• Liaise with customers on related topics
• Support charter related activity
• Support flight crew and customer service on aircraft
• Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency & problem, solving skills
• Good Communication Interacting with the Flight Crews, Coordinators, and Drivers to be able to trouble shoot any catering issues
• Ability to interface and communicate with all employees
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a 24-hour environment
• Must be able to pass a ten-year background check and drug test to obtain an AOA badge
• Quality Assurance

Our Employees Must Be Able to

• Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required

Environmental Requirements

• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise, working in the cold room 41F.
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
• Exposed to fall hazards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
