- Assists Coordinator in daily activities
- Assist the participants with activities and self-care as needed.
- Driving participants to and from center
- Job Coaching
- Complete other duties as assigned.
In general, as an employee of Endeavors Adult Development Center Inc.:

- Respect the individual rights and dignity of each client
- Adhere to and carry out all policies of the Endeavors Adult Development Center
- Be flexible with the day-to-day schedule of the Center’s activities
- Maintain good attendance and work the scheduled hours
- Dress appropriately
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Attend scheduled staff meetings
