Floating Kitchen Manager Job at White Duck Taco Shop
White Duck Taco Shop is looking for a floating kitchen manager for our three Asheville locations. This is an ideal position for a strong line cook looking to grow within a company who can be trained up for a management roll.
This position offers consistent full time hours with a yearly paid vacation. It is designed to assist the kitchen managers at each location by acting as supervisor on the managers days off, filling in when a store is short staffed, and supporting the busiest locations during peak hours.
You will be trained on all stations in the back of house at our River Arts District, downtown, and Arden locations. Shifts will be split between the three stores so reliable transportation is a must.
A set general schedule will be worked out based on your preferences and the needs of the three stores but candidates should have flexible availability and be able to fill in at a store when needed. This position will generally offer between 40 and 45 hours a week. We never expect more than 50 hours a week.
The pay is a combination of hourly rate and tips. Tips begin after the training period at each store.
