Are you extremely organized with administration experience and attention to detail? Do you want to use your skills for a cause? As the Food Program Representative, you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, tracking, and compliance and reporting of food programs between Child Care, Camp Seymour, and the Center for Community Impact; to include the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the Summer Food Services Program (SFSP).

In this position, you will be able to use your skills to:

• Manage menu, snack ordering and snack sorting for all approved inventory supplies in a timely manner to ensure sites receive all necessary supplies and curriculum for certain programs.
• Assure snack meets licensing standards for portion sizes and nutrition requirements and does not contain substances that could cause allergic reactions in children.
• Tracks program deliverables and navigates audits as needed.
• Manage grants (YUSA and other) associated with responsible programs with accurate and complete record keeping.
• Manage food reimbursement program to include initiating claims, conducting reviews, training staff on audit process and maintaining program records to ensure compliance
• Create & present in-person trainings for all staff at Back-to-School Rally, Summer Camp Kickoff & ELC staff.

Are you a good fit?

• I have 3 years’ related experience, including data entry, coordinating with others, and monitoring and tracking of projects.
• I am extremely organized, proactive and know how to get things done.
• I am proficient with computers and data tracking systems.

Hours: Part Time - Up to 25 hours per week
