- Completion of 12th grade or by equivalent outside study
- At least six months experience in Food Service
- Performs and completes the daily duties and responsibilities of the following positions in the Customer Service area: Cashier/Cafeteria Worker or Dietetic Assistant
- Performs and completes the daily duties of the following position in the Food Production area: Salad Room, Baker, or Cook
- Performs and completes the daily duties of the Food Service Associate I and Food Service Associate II.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service at all times to patients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, administration and the general public.
- Follows ServSafe sanitary handling procedures with food preparation, food service, and equipment operation.
