We are currently looking for a Front Desk Administrator for our client New York, Kindly go through the below job description for more details.
Job Title: Front Desk Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Location: New York
Client: Modis / BNY Mellon
Responsibilities:
· Will this have the ability to be temp to perm? For the right candidate
· How many years exp are you looking for? 10, Some banking support experience (culture/expectation)
· Is financial exp a must? Just the expectation to support Executive Level people that report to the C-suite, the attitude, the demeanor, the professionalism. A good head on their shoulders,
· Degree required/type? A college degree is preferred but not required for the right person…. The experience could be a differentiator
· Wii the position be a remote start on-site? On-site. Once systems access is granted, we can discuss hybrid
· Must be on-site for three days, even after systems knowledge and access is proficient.
What are the top 3 skills you’ll be looking for on a resume? Professionalism, senior-level support in a banking environment, great personal and interactive skills, and patience. Someone that is used to filling in, is pleasant, can help folks that report to both Jen and myself that may need some added support for travel (that we may be doing as a team), added support with help desk issues that seem to be lagging, and similar items.
