Front Desk Agent Job at Skyview Los Alamos
The Skyview Hotel in Los Alamos is seeking a front desk agent. There is room for growth and opportunity. Both full time and part time candidates for this position will be interviewed. Duties include handling guest’s check-ins and check-outs, with accurate bill payments. Guest service duties include answering multi-line phones, a texting system, emails and taking reservations. Candidate must exemplify a professional approach to their work environment and communications, while maintaining personable customer service skills. A successful agent with represent Skyview and the area well with an in-depth knowledge of the area. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. There is intention for standard weekly shift times, but shifts may vary. Ideally having a minimum of one year's hotel experience. Must have 2+ years of customer service experience.
