Orthopaedic Specialists of North Carolina is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate for our Wakefield Physical Therapy office. Travel may occasionally be required to our Knightdale and Henderson offices.

The hours for this position will be 9A-6P Monday-Friday.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus to be paid out over the course of 2 years. More information is available upon request.

A candidate should possess the ability to work with efficiency and quality in a fast-paced office. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to, greeting patients with an upbeat attitude, answering phones in an efficient manner, prepping charts for the following day, verifying insurances, collecting co-payments and co-insurance, scanning notes, all while maintaining a clean work environment with an ability to multi-task and get along well with others. Experience with insurance verification and Athema EMR is preferred.
