Happy Smiles Dentist office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You’ll greet patients, take their phone calls, and send out emails to ensure their needs are being met.
- Greet patients who enter the office warmly
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed
- Assist patients in filling out required forms
- Collect payment from patients
- File insurance claims and track their progress
- Maintain office inventory
- Perform office duties such as document filing, scanning, and copying
- IA-plus is a plus software used to verify insurance.
- Working knowledge of dental terminology and Dentrix software.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
