As our Brilliant Fulfillment Process Manager, you’ll play an important role in developing, communicating, and aligning processes and functions to the Brilliant Fulfillment & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Digital strategy. You’ll leverage your well-rounded understanding of purchasing processes/ systems to reduce friction, simplify processes, and improve the customer buying experience.

While this is a functional management role, you will need to influence and promote best practices of the Brilliant Fulfillment Team to implement improvements in the Order-to-Deliver Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the Brilliant Fulfillment activities improving processes and reducing transactional touchpoints, and provide strategic operational focus and direction to cross-functional teams
● Develop global planning and shipping processes, digitize where possible, and develop and improve associated metrics
● Perform Root Cause analysis, make recommendations for improvements, and control processes. Ensure integration with critical business processes and align SCM and Commercial tools and processes
● Lead program implementation plans, user adoption, training, and global process consistency
● Look for continuous improvement opportunities through continuous monitoring and managing processes/ tools with a focus on excellent customer experience
● Lead the analysis and determination of appropriate master data policies
● Continually analyze the flow of Order to Deliver cycle and implement effective actions that drive cost, service, and cash

Core Requirements:
5 years experience in Customer Care or Supply Chain with at least 2 years of project management experience + extensive ERP knowledge is required
● Good experience in the use of Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies
● Passion for environmental sustainability
● Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Other Useful Skills & Abilities:
● Ability to map processes, identify gaps and come up with solutions to streamline ● Knowledge and/or digital project experience
● Experience in production planning and scheduling or logistics is a plus!
● Understanding of supply chain planning and shipping processes is helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
