Full Job Description
We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage our finances. Your responsibilities will include tracking our organization’s revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports. You will also be responsible for auditing our books to ensure our records are correct.
What we offer:
- Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
- Benefits: Full benefits package including PTO

Responsibilities:
- Working with 15-20 clients to keep books updated which includes: timely categorization of
expenses; timely reconciliations. - Preparing their financials to be submitted to management for review.
- Data entry of Financial Statements into the budgeting reports.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Associates degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
- 2 years Bookkeeping/ Excel/ and Quick Books Experience.
- Excellent judgment, problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a culture focused on innovation.
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational growth and development.
