We're looking for a dynamic and caring professional who loves taking care of older adults. The ideal candidate will primarily work in a Nursing Home, but may also work in a Skilled Nursing Facility as needed. The position requires compassion and patience, as well as documenting all assessments and treatment plans in the patient's medical record.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for elderly patients with various conditions.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications to patients.
- Perform routine and complex physical assessments of patients.
- Monitor the condition of patients in a nursing home and take action when needed.
- Work as part of the nursing team in a nursing home or hospice facility.
- Provide care for patients with complex conditions.

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
