FULL TIME Apartment Maintenance and Grounds Oversite Job at Regency Property Management
Apartment Community seeking a full time qualified Landscaper / Light Maintenance to oversee all property upkeep. This is a full time position that will require the overall upkeep of both the interior and exterior of 160 apartments.
Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping are highly preferred. Duties will range from but are not limited to:
- Full Property Maintenance and upkeep
- Repairs: Appliance, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry.
- Trash pick up
- Light landscaping around the buildings
- Yard Clean up
- Snow removal in winter
- Apartment turn-overs.
