Pay will be $13.25 Openings available on first (7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday) overtime available There will be a bonus of .75 per hour for anyone working when the kiln is up and running. They would start now at 13.25 and then the extra .75 will be paid as a bonus after 4 months in a lump sum and then as long as the 2nd kiln is running beyond 4 months the extra will still be paid. We plan on running for sure for 4 months.

Requirements:

• Must be able to handle the smell of diesel fuel.
• New hires will be required to remove stacks of products from conveyor belt and stack onto kiln cars at a rate of 6+ stacks of product per minute.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-60lbs-not repetitively.
• This is a physical job requiring bending, lifting, and twisting. The shop runs on first and second shift with overtime options. (7a-3:30p/3:30p-12a)
