This position will:
- Installs simple plumbing fixtures
- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Complete grounds work, snow removal and interior safety rounds
- Empties trash and completes minor housekeeping work as needed
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Three years’ experience in mechanics, electricity, and general maintenance
- Ability to prioritize work assignments while completing them in a timely manner

Hours: 80/pp (40 per week)
