JOB DESCRIPTION: Giro Operator / Bagging Lead

REPORTING AND INTERFACE RELATIONSHIPS:

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: PRODUCTION MANAGER
SIZER OPERATOR

DUTIES: To operate bagging equipment in accordance with packing instructions and demands. It is the Bagging Lead’s responsibility to make sure the correct packaging (labels, clips, UPC’s, etc) is used for each specific pack type. Work area must be kept clean, organized and clear of obstructions.

PURPOSE: To deliver an Exceptional Eating Experience to all customers in relation with Valicoff Fruit Co. and Sage Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to stand all day. Must be focused on safety. Must be familiar with packaging styles/sizes/grades necessary for Apple Packing. Needs to be mechanically inclined.

PERFORMANCE METRICS: Bagging Lead’s performance will be monitored by the above mentioned supervisors. In addition to performance the Bagging Lead will be held accountable for attitude, attendance, and adherence to the company values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
