Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Banquet Set Up Server” for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book and 2 of the area’s best food outlets—The Grille and Ole Ole Mexican Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Read all BEOS, and understand all set up styles
- Set up banquet Rooms
- Serve banquet guests meals, pick up plates and clear tables
- Clean Banquet rooms at end of event
- Clean Banquet rooms, vacuum, mop, and other duties as assigned
- Prepare for each banquet, fold napkins, polish and clean silver ware and glasses
- Some banquet servers will be asked to do bar service, this person will need to have a full knowledge of the set up and skills of working a service bar
- Interact with guests in a respectful and professional manner
- Be aware of the guests in the room, check all IDs for any guest drinking alcohol who appears to be under the age of 40
Skills, Education and Other Requirements
- Food service is preferred
- Bartending is preferred
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
