Lakeview Executive Golf Course has been voted the best “Executive or Midsize Course in Nevada”. With lush fairways, fast greens, five par 4’s and thirteen par 3’s it’s a great challenge. This is a super course for those who like to walk and enjoy nature. The mountain views are spectacular and the course is very playable for all golfers. Pahrump Golf has never been better.

We provide great golf and terrific service – a proven winning combination found at Lake View Executive Golf Course since it’s opening in 1979. The layout offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It is one of Nevada’s most accessible courses.

This position has ultimate responsibility for managing the entire facility, will directly supervise golf operations, including marketing and promotion, golf course maintenance, food & beverage, will manage the direction of administrative staff and interdepartmental coordination. This position is responsible for contract compliance and for ensuring the clean, attractive, and safe condition of public and non-public areas of the property at all times. Furthermore, the General Manager will execute marketing strategies and organize community outreach efforts. This position reports directly to a Senior Operating Manager and works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and the VP of Sales & Marketing to ensure success for the facility.

Job function includes: development and management of golf operations budget; training and supervision of outside and inside golf operations staff; tee sheet and POS management. Position is directly responsible for management of all departmental functions including range and cart operations, tournaments, marshals, and merchandising. General Manager will coordinate the formation of player development programs. Position will ensure desired level of customer service is met at all times.

Experience: Successful candidate must have 2+ years’ experience as a General Manager, Director of Golf, or equivalent at a high volume, high quality public facility.

Compensation: commensurate with experience within the $55,000 – $60,000 range. PGA Class A preferred but not required. Benefits include: shared health plan, 401(k), PGA dues, vacation, meal discount and approved education.
