Nexeo HR is looking for a detail-orientated and self-driven individual for a Graphic Designer 2 position in the Salt Lake City area. The ideal candidate needs to have a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a communications-related field. The candidate will be responsible for participating and overseeing design projects from start to finish. Starting pay is $23-$25/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

· Designs and produces patient and provider education materials, including publications, brochures, covers, posters, booklets, illustrations, logos, and electronic media

· Takes digital photographs of people, places, and materials as needed

· Oversees photo shoots and freelance illustrators as needed

· Acts as a subject matter expert and resource for others. Stays current with the latest industry, style, and graphic trends - including system technology

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a communications-related field

· Five years of progressive graphic design experience in roles requiring a comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles and production methods

· Strong layout and design skills for print and web, demonstrated ability to take work from concept to print and produce work that meets project vision, exceptional organizational skills, excellent visual and conceptual problem-solving skills

· Proficiency using Adobe InDesign or QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat

· Project management experience - managing multiple projects and timelines

· Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, and scheduling applications

· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

40 Hours Per Week
