Job Title: Groundskeeper/General Laborer

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Hours: Full time. Monday-Friday Dayshift

Rate: $20 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper/General Laborer: (Essential Functions of Property Management)

• Trade training/skill specific expertise - Lawn/Snow/Landscape, Janitorial/Cleaning, Moving Services, Assist with General Maintenance, Painting, etc.

• Complete routes in a timely fashion with a focus on quality, communication, and cost effectiveness

• Communication skills - 1:1 weekly meeting with Property Manager, effectively communicate wants and needs to Manager/Supervisors

• Participate in regular safety training

• Maintain equipment quality and track use

• Purchase supplies, track expenses/billable time

• Maintain lawn/snow, routes

• Maintain vehicles/trailers in good working order- communicate if something else is needed

• Complete proactive work as it relates to your area of expertise

• Coordinate and lead spring and fall clean up of each property

• This position provides use of company vehicle

Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities):

• No prior experience necessary, will train candidate

• High school diploma/GED required

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Ability to pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
