We are a commercial service company that works with retail stores and restaurants doing repairs and remodels. We are looking for key players to help with the growth. We are looking for service techs that can handle electrical and plumbing along with carpenter skills. Must have at least 5 years experience in the handyman industry.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical and plumbing ( switches, outlets, ballast, bulbs, auger toilet, repair leak etc. ) Doors, frame, carpentry, flooring, paint, drywall, general repairs ( door closure, cabinet door latch, tripping hazard ) etc.

Must have valid driver's license and be insurable
Must be able to show proof to work in the U.S.
Having tools, truck, or van is a plus ( we offer vans For technicians as well )
The ability to work effectively as a team member.
Willingness to comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work at various heights.
Ability to bend, stoop, and pick up product from various elevations.
Ability to work in various types of weather conditions.
Responsibilities:

Run service calls in the field, write up work notes, close out job, take pictures, get manager signature
