Are you a Customer Success and Coaching leader looking to join a fast-growing business?

We’re looking for a Customer Success and Coaching leader who wants to take the next step in their career to own and develop our Customer Success department as a leader and player coach for our team and processes.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the challenge of being a player coach in the beginning (in the weeds, coaching) and managing, and building the department to a point that supports them being a full time leader. This position is part of the leadership team and reports to the Integrator.

  • Is highly communicative, and keeps to their word

What you’ll be doing:

Below is a sampling:

  • Coaching doctors on their business and our program material
  • Managing your team to coach well and serve our clients
  • Working with other department leaders to strategize, and implement strategies, to increase the results our members get, grow our revenue as a business and overall making our customer success, coaching and revenue processes better
  • Going to our company events with our members

Other details

  • This is a salaried position (with bonus), therefore, 40 hours per week is the expectation, however there may be times where 50-60 hrs are needed as well
  • The pay is a base + bonus compensation structure
