AND we hire great people and treat the very well! Our IT department is looking to add a Help Desk Analyst to our team. This hybrid role is located at our Irvington, NY office and at your home office with some travel as needed.
**
*In this role you will provide basic troubleshooting support for all IT/AV related issues and inquiries and either resolve or delegate accordingly to our IT Manager.*
**
**Specifically, you will:
Answer level 1 troubleshooting questions
Delegate out of scope request to ITM
Basic troubleshooting

  • Hardware Issues
  • Microsoft Office Issues
  • SharePoint / OneDrive Issues
  • Password resets
  • Ability to factory reset or image a computer

Laptop, iPad set up and distribution
**May be required to travel with ITM to Greenhouses for extra deployment support if needed
Diagnoses IT hardware issues (In-Person/Slack/Phone)

  • Ships out replacement hardware if needed
  • Works with Manufactures for warranty related claims on hardware issues

Inventory management for IT equipment

  • Inventory & Logs IT Equipment
  • Works on returned IT Equipment to Corporate
  • Resets / Reintroduces Laptops into inventory once confirmed that IT asset has passed tests

Corporate presence/security and technology for office
Monitor ticket system and prioritize/delegate requests
Facilitate IT portion of new hire orientation
Corporate Meeting support
Requirements:

  • 2 years+. Preferred from MSP (Managed Service Providers), Corporate companies with more than 175+ employees.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, outlook)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Basic Microsoft Azure Active Directory User Management

(Profile Updates, Group Assignments, Password Resets)

  • Microsoft SharePoint / OneDrive
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint manager
  • Slack
  • Ability to learn RMM & Ticketing Software
  • JAMF Cloud MDM for apple devices
  • Basic experience with A/V systems Corporate Support
