COVERAGE AREA: Pasco and/or Pinellas County - Skilled Home Health Visits
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Weekday On-Call Rotation Requirement)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- One year of nursing experience in skilled home health preferred
- Current valid IV certification is required to be obtained within 6 months of employment
- Must maintain current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance in the State of Florida; must have reliable transportation to be able to meet visit schedule
