As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome and greet our guests, ensure prompt and courteous check in/out and provide concierge services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome all of our guests
  • Ensure arrival and departure process is seamless
  • Take and confirm reservations
  • Provide concierge services
  • Highly articulate and knowledgeable of local area and business
  • Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the hotel’s financial records.
  • Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
  • Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel’s financial performance for the day.
  • Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts.
  • Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
  • Verifies all account postings and balances.
  • Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Enhance guest experience by evaluating guest feedback, following-up with guests; personally contributing ideas for specialized and personalized service.

Contribute to a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing organization standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1+ year experience as Hotel Front Desk Agent (recommended)
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexible schedule. Able to work: morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays.
