Hotel Front Desk Agent Job at Fajardo Inn
Must lead customer service, answer questions, take calls, make reservations, welcomes guests, check in/check out guests, sell transportation, tours and activities, among other tasks. Responsible for communicating with other departments, attends all guests requests and assures satisfaction. Looks after the well being of every guest and takes personal responsibility in solving the guest’s problems. Sells rooms and promotes other services of the hotel. Registers guests upon arriving and assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible using the company standards. Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping. Make reservations and keeps informed.EEO
Highly motivated, must be able to work any shift, holidays and weekends. Must have great communication skills and organized. Team leader, fully bilingual, previous experience, computer skills. Degree in Hospitality Management prefer.
