Hotel Front Desk Associate Job at The Pointe Hotel & Suites
$750 Sign-On Bonus*. Hotel Front Desk Associate. Full time year-round positions available. We are looking for someone to work our 3-11pm shift, however, willing to switch up shifts between 7-3 and 3-11pm to meet individual needs.
The positions require working directly and indirectly with resort guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; making reservations, guest check-in/registration procedures, fulfilling services requested by in-house guests, keeping lobby area organized and clean, overseeing guests while using the swimming pool and keeping the pool's deck and seating furniture clean and organized.
The right candidate will exhibit a good natured, cooperative, caring, and professional demeanor and go "up and above" to provide a pleasant and memorable guest experience. Candidate must be dependable, meet schedule requirements, and be adaptable to change. Our hotel caters to the tourism and travel industry and requires team members to work a rotating schedule of weekend and holiday work.
This position offers a rewarding hourly wage. Paid bonus and one week's paid vacation after successfully fulfilling a six month work period.
