We are looking for a Task Force Area Manager that will be overseeing the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott & the Springhill Suites by Marriott located in downtown Rochester and only a few minutes apart from each other.

Full - Time

Salary: $42k to 45K (based on experience)

Task Force Managers cover General Manager vacations, Assistant General Manager vacations & and openings, and provide general leadership support to all locations. The Task Force Manager will support the Front Desk Operations, Housekeeping teams, and Food & Beverage outlets. Travel and overnight accomodations will be covered by TPI Hospitality.

Essential Job Expectations:

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guest’s expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the hotel as if it was your own
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
• Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPI’s nine core values
