We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Communications Specialist to join our talented Human Resources Team!

As a HR Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating, developing and executing Human Resources communication content and plans across the organization, that engage, connect and inspire our future and current employees. This includes producing, editing, and organizing communication materials to advance business priorities; identifying, developing, and/or editing content; and overseeing the full life cycle of HR strategic communications.

Role & Responsibility

• Build trust with Subject Matter Experts in Human Resources through consistent collaboration— executing the full life cycle of strategic communications in support of HR programs/initiatives including the areas of total rewards, talent management, recruitment, organizational change, diversity, inclusion and more.
• Provide internal communications support, including content development, for HR programs, projects, events, annual processes, employee experience and other activities.
• Plan, create, proofread, and edit HR communication materials for grammar, clarity, style, and tone, ensuring messages are not only consistent but also meet audience demand, based on communication channel.
• Create basic graphics that align with brand, message, and audience in order to complement and enhance written messages.
• Execute an HR communication strategy that ensures consistent and proactive sharing of content and updates using a variety of delivery methods.
• Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop clear, effective content to inform, educate and encourage action from target audiences, while providing the “employee lens” perspective.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of communications to employees via different distribution channels.
• Effectively manage workloads, implement best practices, and turn around projects within defined timelines.
• Conduct regular assessment to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Integrate new technologies, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Typically requires two or more years of experience in communications, marketing, or graphic design.
• Knowledge of communications best practices, including techniques and standards relevant to writing, editing, formatting, composing, and producing written and web materials.
• Writing and copy-editing skills, able to capture and communicate both simple and complex material.
• Creative mind with ability to easily navigate Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills with ability to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, with a strong attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement.
• The ability to deeply understand, empathize with, and reach different audiences.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel Required: <10%
