The primary role of the HR Specialist will be full-life cycle recruiting and delivering successful on-boarding and training to all new GSEP employees, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal. The HR Specialist will also collaborate with other Human Resources team members in conducting follow-up meetings with all new, full-time employees ensuring a smooth transition into their role. This position will also regularly explore and implement new ideas for staff development and professional development for GSEP staff. The Specialist will also work directly with the Director of Human Resources and HR Manager on compliance related projects.
The Human Resources Specialist will strive for administrative and business excellence with their customer service skills and organization. Recruitment, strong presentation skills, problem solving, and exceptional interpersonal relations required.
Microsoft 365 Suite, Salesforce, and ADP experience a plus.
**This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week in-person (as needed) in our Lafayette Hill office.
