We are looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for the administration of all Human Resources functions to include compliance, recruiting, employee relations/contract administration in a union plant, training, safety, environmental, and benefits administration.

Duties:

• Develop and administrate company policy, procedure, rules. and regulations.
• Head the recruiting of talent acquisition, onboarding duties including sourcing, recruitment and selection and new hire orientation of both exempt and nonexempt employees.
• Advisor to supervisors and managers for interpretation of Human Resources and contractual policies.
• Oversee and maintain the administration of benefit plans, insurances, pensions.
• Spearhead recruiting and hiring of candidates for both exempt and nonexempt positions.
• Manage full employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Participate in management of employee issues, labor relation issues, accident investigation, contract administration and contract negotiation.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports. Maintain organizational charts and employee training directory.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws to include equal and civil rights, FMLA, FLSA, HIPA, COBRA, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, OSHA, Wis. DNR, and EPA rules.
• Complete necessary state and federal reporting requirements, (BLS, EEOC, OSHA, ACA)
• Develop and maintain employee health and safety policies.
