A regional leading acute care hospital located in northern North Carolina is now seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Healthcare Recruiter will participate in the talent acquisition process including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, helping new employees through onboarding, and ensuring compliance with the hospital system. The role is a full-time employee within the human resources department.
Requirements Include:
- Associate’s level degree or higher
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certifications preferred
- Prior working experience in acute care recruiting
