Talent Acquisition Support Specialist
The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities around hiring internal and external colleagues. They provide the logistical support required to drive operational processes for Talent Acquisition Managers, Consultants, and Recruiters.
Position Responsibilities:

Job Requisitions
  • Create, input, and maintain job requisitions; this includes the distribution of these roles on internal and external job boards.
  • Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system including inputting interview evaluations, ensuring complete candidate applications, creating offer letters, and dispositioning candidates.
  • Resolve routine questions regarding the hiring process and serve as a candidate and hiring manager concierge.
New Hire Paperwork
  • Complete new hire onboarding payroll, bonus, and referral forms.
  • Coordinate and track background screens and drug testing for new hires.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete, filed appropriately, and follows compliance.
Reporting
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition quality and candidate experience surveys.
  • Assist with staffing metric data collection.
  • Gather information from different sources for ad hoc reporting requests.
Candidate Experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the candidate and hiring manager.
  • Send all needed information including benefits information, interview itinerary, and directions to the candidate.
  • Assist with staffing expenses and mail processing.

Position Qualifications:
  • High School or GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience working in a business environment with confidential information
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 2 years of customer contact or customer service support
Comerica Bank Tower
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
