Wyatt Homes, LLC, a new residential home builder, seeks a Florida-licensed HVAC individual to qualify for its HVAC installations. All HVAC units utilized are mini splits. The units are installed both in a factory in Wauchula, Florida, and in the field, mostly in Charlotte County. The company currently has experienced mini-split installers but is in need of a licensed qualifier. An alternative would be a 20-40 hour per week position in which the licensed HVAC installer actually performed the installation work themselves.
