Seeking an in-house, Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our Boston teams soar to new heights.
This is not a remote opportunity.

How you will succeed:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute full-cycle talent acquisition engagement to attract, hire, and retain exceptional candidates throughout Propark Mobility’s Boston locations. This is a new role to support the expanding needs in our rapidly growing company. You will collaborate with management to find top candidates and assist with retention efforts.

Talent Acquisition
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Boston hiring managers to develop cooperative partnerships, serving as a strategic business partner.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of talent at all levels to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Develop a regular cadence of engagement with hiring managers to execute appropriate plans for their staffing needs.
  • Manage job requisitions for the Boston Team, using creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen incoming candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation for all new hires in the Boston region.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion across company staffing needs.
  • Use in-depth reporting to analyze successes and challenges with recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide on-site support for new client openings, strategic staffing needs, job fairs, and other hiring events.
  • Provide assistance with HR and other company projects as needed.
What you bring to the table:
  • You have 2+ years of proven success with Talent Acquisition
  • Your written and verbal communications skills leave every person you meet feeling happy and excited to be working with you.
  • You soar working independently and work well with ambiguity, sometimes serving as “detective” to resolve staffing issues.
  • Your follow-up serves as a safety net for our teams and initiatives.
  • Your technical skills in ATS, HRIS, and the MS Office Suite are outstanding.
  • You see a challenge as an opportunity, and you are ready to “charge the hill” with our team to launch new programs and projects.
  • Your education includes either a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
