Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our United States Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative position at Formel D USA, Inc. is a truly cross-functional role, the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the Sales department in multiple states and general office administrative assistance by building business cases and improving the customer development experience.
Location
Based in Greenville, South Carolina at the state-of-the-art, Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research campus, our tight-knit office will look to you for enhancing business development and strategic direction.

This position is a Temp-to-perm.

Salary: $45,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with the sales team to maintain the sales databases and accuracy of sales reporting, revenue stream and sales activities.
  • Support the administration of the commercial processes, i.e. quotation, pricing, and recording
  • Special assignments in market research, market intelligence, strategies, and business development discussions
  • Local and regional marketing contact for campaigns, advertising material and exhibitions in collaboration with the Director of Sales and the corporate marketing department
  • Act as Acct Manager for a list of no-call Customer accounts to support outside sales.
  • Respond to customers regarding questions or issues
  • Assist KAMs or directly project manage customer opportunities in Salesforce. and assist in preparation for complex customer RFQ’s, and meeting participation.
  • Analyze data: support team with sales insights, pricing, reporting and data analysis.
  • Forecast: collect & submit key customer forecast vs. demand.
  • Customer Creation: create new customers and update existing in Salesforce.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Formel D Management
Preferred Education, Skills and Experiences

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
  • Organizational skills to document, track, and follow up on sales activities
  • Experience in Sales Force (data capturing, tracking, and reporting) is a plus
  • Self-direction and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Team player the with ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize multiple activities
  • Advanced MS Office skills including familiarity with advanced spreadsheets required
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence others
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in an effective manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
